I had one of the end caps fall off my adarac pro rack (happened twice). After emailing customer service, they quickly sent two replacements for no charge. I appreciate the quick response. I do think some redesign is needed for the plastic end caps to to make them more secure, but otherwise am very happy with the pro series racks.

Looks to be good quality, my only complainant would be one of the bolts is black. Not a big issue but my rack is aluminum and all the other hardware is silver or stainless.

The expedition was quick although the notification received did not indicate the complete order was shipped even if it was complete on reception.Order form is a bit outdated, it's difficult to comprend what are the quantities included in each pack.

Needed the top bar end caps. The original caps were rubber and would fall off after 3-4 weeks. When I saw the solid plastic caps that BOLTED on, I though why didn't these come with the ADARAC originally??
