The original Access tonneau came with the truck and has been great. Finally came time to replace the vinyl, it was pretty beat up after 10 years. The instructions were clear and the installation was quick. The screws retaining the vinyl were rusted, so I had to replace those myself, no big deal. I also replaced the storage straps while I had everything apart. The replacement straps are a different style, but work great. It's good to find a company that continues to make replacement parts for their products more than a decade later. Thank you.

I bought a Lorado cover for my new truck in 2007. it was more money than many other covers on the market but I took a shot due to reviews and the fact they started making agricultural covers. 17 years later I ordered this replacement vinyl cover part. The old cover was still in tact only the thread stitching the velcro on gave way. All other parts work fine. This is outdoors in Ohio never garaged!

My husband purchased a used pickup from a friend. Pickup in great shape. I have a Lorado cover on my 2007 Silverado. The wear and tear over several years have caused the stitching that holds the hook and loop strips on the sides to start rotting. I ordered just the replacement cover since all of the framework, supports and clamps were still in good condition. The old cover was easy to remove due to excellent instructions included with the new cover. The total time spent to switch out covers was about 1 hour. Again, excellent instructions made the job a breeze.

Found the missing rear seals for my roll up cover. Rain water kept getting inbetween the tail gate and the end of the side rail. Fast shipping and easy to install. I found the rubber seal worked better cut in half instead of using the full piece. Also allowed me to have a back up now with the spare seal. Adhesive seems to be holding well.

Great product and I got them in good time. But your website needs to be updated. Why? I have a Toyota tacoma 09 longbed. I needed 2 adjusters a L/R side (ordered 2 The order page doesn't tell there are both sides in 1 package. I ordered 2) clamps (as shown in videos). Well you don't need clamps you need spacers and new longer bolts. The Tacoma has a tie down rail under the edge. It has to be removed then put 7/8 spacer and new longer bolts . I wish I had a kit with that stuff in it. I have had your products in the past and will in the future.

Got my Lorado a few months after purchasing a brand new Honda Ridgeline in 2017. After a few years, the Velcro strips melted and warped in my hot climate.
