Easy simple install, multiple configuration options for use. Very sturdy, loaded it up with 21cu cargo carrier and it did great, clamps on cargo carrier fit the rails great.

Excellent product - finish, fit, ease of installation and removal. After the initial use I removed the uprights and crossbars only, leaving the no-drill side rails in place. Since then I have reinstalled and removed the uprights and crossbars a dozen times needs arose. Five minutes on or off is as much time as i have needed. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Great customer service and prompt shipping! The parts I ordered were exactly what I needed for a preowned rack I purchased. The rack is excellent quality and I'm extremely happy with it. To make it even better, it would be nice if there was a bolt that attaches the uprights to the rail that came with a washer instead of a knurled bolt head that chews up the aluminum rail when I reposition the rack and retighten each time. I need to reposition it often for different loads- my TracRac was easier but I like the looks of the Adarac. Also, if there was an option or suggestion to order a higher front rack, that would accommodate a canoe curve unlike a ladder, that would be great. Perhaps I will look into ordering one instead of the attachment that you offer to the top bar, which is not as sleek looking!! ? I love the rack though, and highly recommend!
