Fantastic! Fit is perfect and solid in nearly all aspects. I've owned a different brand for about 16 years and it served its purpose, but this access cover is better in almost all ways. The only thing I don't like is the design of the straps that secure the cover when it's rolled up. There are hard plastic clips that hold the buckles on the top side of the cover. Those plastic clips extend towards the tailgate and don't allow the rolled up cover to be up close to the rear window. If the plastic clip and buckle were rotated 180 degrees then it would work fine. The way it is now you have to create a P-shape with the strap and buckles. It should just be a circle but that can only happen if you flip the stationary, female side of the buckle 180 degrees. Everything else is about perfect.

Roll-up cover and rack review: I just purchased the ACESS Original Roll-Up cover and the ADARAC Aluminum Series Rack from Agri-Cover INC. Prior to purchase I had a lot of questions about the products After my first e-mail to my last e-mail Kurt Rostenbach was extremely prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable of his company's product. He also had a very personable personality that was a great plus to his outstanding customer service. When I received the cover and rack there were informative instructions with videos on how to install both products. These were installed on my new 2023 Chevy 2500HD LTZ/Z71 Duramax. There were some minor scratches on one rail. There were also a few bolts missing. Kurt very promptly sent the new rail and bolts to me FedEx. The quality of your products should last us a long time. It has been 6 years of constant use on all four seasons. Everything has worked as it should including the Velcro for all these years. The rear top corners of the cover are now tearing or peeling however you view it. I have had the access cover longer than any cover. So the service life is there but the top rear corners are a bit disappointing but it has been on the truck and used everyday.

I purchased the access original roll up cover for my 2024 Ram 2500, I have had access covers in the past but in 2019 I purchased a brand X cover for a 2019 Ram 2500 and after installing and using the brand X cover it was very obvious that I had made a bad choice. the simplicity of installation and adjustment, the quality of the nylon latches latching on both sides and overall appearance of the access cover is by far a better choice, I will be another access cover repeat customer in the future .Thanks ACI for a quality 5 star product .

This roll-up cover is excellent. I had one on my previous pickup and specified the same one for my new pickup. I installed the new one myself. There are no holes to drill, as the cover is clamped into place. In about 1 hour the cover was fully installed. The fit was perfect! The quality is very good and is just now showing cracks and maybe needs to be replaced. I will definitely consider another Access soft cover when I decide to replace this one. Actually, I bought a used GMC Canyon with a Roll -Up cover, really like it. Just wondering if there is a way you can incorporate some sort of Bow in the cover to allow rain to drain off the cover. In my case I don't park the truck in a garage,so if water lays on the cover and freezes,while driving chuncks of ice will fly off the cover. Maybe not a big deal,but it bothers me.Just a thought, Thanks for reading.

I purchased a tailgate seal kit for my gmc Denali with carbon pro box but it doesn't seal very good at all. It needs to have a thicker rubber. I think you need better instructions and better seals to keep the dust and water out. The cover is very good though but the tailgate is a weak spot

Originally purchased this cover in 2016 for my new Sierra and now in 2023 still looks and works likes new. Recently purchased a 2023 Tacoma and bought same cover for this vehicle. Thought I had installed correctly but had an issue with it not sealing entirely. After a number of back and forth emails with customer service, they walked me through the install mistake that I had made and everything functions perfectly now.I would not hesitate to recommend this product or company to anyone. I had some trouble installing the rails. A quick phone call to you solved that. With the help of a neighbor the rails went on , but it did take two people. Had trouble with the safety latch of the cover at the tailgate. A call to your parts man solved that. So far I like the cover. The last cover I had was a fold up, Problem was the hinges broke, that is why I went with the roll up. I like the product, but I reserve the 5 stars so I can how it holds up.

I purchased your tonneau cover to replace a GMC cover. The GMC cover was unsatisfactory because I could not keep the velcro sealed, and as a result in high wind conditions the cover would come loose and flap around in the wind. I purchased your cover on the recommendation of my son-in-law who used his first cover for ten years on two different trucks. After I installed your cover, I noticed how easy it is to roll up for storage. It rolls straight and one person can eaily manage it. Also the straps to secure it are much easier to use. When putting it back into use, your cover practically seals itself, requiring very little effort compared to the GMC cover. After one month of use, I couldn't be happier.

This is my third ACCESS Original Roll-Up Cover. For me these covers are the best combination of good looks, easy access, cargo protection and cargo security. They make the truck look sharp. They don't fad or stretch out. They roll up out of the way in a matter of seconds. The roll does take up a few inches at the front rail but never got in the way of any cargo I carried. They fit so tightly that contents in the bed are secure if the tail gate is locked. Although the material is tough it probably could be cut with a sharp knife, but you can't get into the bed through the hook and loop sides.

As you can see even after 8 or 9 years the Access cover on the blue pickup is still providing the service for which it was intended, protecting the survey equipment which I use everyday, the pickup has 250,000 miles and I couldn't guess how many times the bed cover has been rolled up. The one on the white pickup is 4 years old and as you can see, they also do a great job of protecting other valuable items whether for work or for play. I also like the fact that there is not a significant difference in the shape of the two tonneau covers even with the difference in age. The dirt and dust on the covers (which have just come in from a construction project) show what they have kept off of the equipment. I am very satisfied with the years of service both of these Access covers have provided and would recommend them to anyone who wants the full use of their pickup box, and still wants to protect their luggage or equipment.

I was a pilot for Northwest Airlines and my truck sat in the employee parking lot for at least half of every month. It was out in the elements, no covered parking. I purchased my Access cover about 2 years ago, it is by far the best cover I have seen. During the winter here in Michigan it holds the weight of the snow without giving way at all. The best part that I have found is that during the middle of winter when it is only 5 or 10 degrees, I can still roll up the cover to get access to the bed, then roll it back down and it seals flawlessly. After getting over 7 feet of snow in 2 days back in November 2014 i thought my cover for sure would be shot and i would have to buy a new one. Snow drifts on my truck bed cover were as high as the snow in my yard. The instructions have a note regarding bed liners; either minimal trim cutting or considerable trim cutting is required depending on the type of bed liner. But that's all it says. My truck has a liner and I wasn't sure where/how to trim the bed liner if necessary. In the end I didn't find it necessary to trim anything. Had trimming been necessary some additional instructions would have proved helpful.

I originally bought this cover to increase the fuel economy of my 01 Ram 1500. It is now installed on my 02 2500 Ram Diesel. The advertisement at the dealer showed a 4 wheeler sitting on the cover. What an understatement !!!! In October of 06, we had a freak snow storm in this area. There was about 6 feet of heavy wet snow (not exaggerating). My truck looked like it had a bed mount camper on it. I'm guessing that there must of been 4 tons of wet snow on the cover, my back springs were bottomed out!!!! I was expecting the cover to be torn to shreds and sitting in the truck bed. The cover stood tough and is still going strong 7 years later. I'm giving Access a 5 star rating but would easily give it a 10 rating. You will not be disapointed if you purchase this companys covers. Usually its not an issue, but I noticed it when I put my ATV in the back of the truck. The 3 plus inches on each side made it tight to put cargo into the sides of the bed. Just a quick observation: Doing 80 mph down the freeway, the deck flutters a bit as the wind must slip in and causes it to flutter. Not a problem, just an observation. Good quality - I like the locking mechanism at the tailgate, which makes the cover nice and taut - Looks nice on my 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Installation is pretty easy, or would be, your second time through. The first time through, the given printed instructions are pretty bad. Took me around 2 to 2.5 hours - if I had to do it again, I bet it would be 45 minutes - the extra time is spent deciphering. A link to a video would probably be appreciated. Haven't tested waterproof-ness yet since it's winter, but I had to seal up the corners near the truck cab with caulk where there was light coming through. The deluxe tailgate gasket that I sprung for is for the bottom of the tailgate, near the hinge, which is of limited utility.

Installation of the Access cover was simple and did not take very much time at all. The fit was almost spot on with only a couple bolt holes requiring minor adjustment for true alignment. Operation is easy, and the bed is watertight except where it meets the tailgate where there is a small gap. It seems to handle temperatures above 100 to below 0 well with no signs of damage. The velcro has held up much better than excepted, too. All in all I love this product because of the versatility and value.

Recent order was for a replacement cover only for a 2003 F-150. Original cover and hardware was purchased and installed in 2004. Great service from the original cover. After 16 years the cover was still in serviceable condition (that includes 16 years of winter and sometimes covered with 5-6 inches fo wet snow) but the cover was just not looking the way it should. Thus the replacement cover. Original hardware was reused. Highly recommend the Access roll up. Looks great and for me, meets a hard cover.

Your installation improvement for the Honda Ridgeline is spot-on. I had a 2006 Ridgeline and never bought a tonneau because I would have had to take the box apart and drill the sides for installation. When I got my new 2009 Ridgeline, I looked at ACI again and was very happy to find out that was no longer the case. My Access cover has been in use since my 1998 Dodge Ram was new and the cover is still working as it should. In all those years I only had to adjust the tension twice while my dad who purchased a different brand is always having to tighten his. The truck is NEVER garaged, it is in the shade a lot, with the cover in use 99.9% of the time and even the Velcro is still functioning. Love this one as much as my Larado I purchased 14yrs before. After 14yrs, and some lack of maintenance on my part, it was showing it's age. I decided to replace with the Original to see about getting some more room on my 06 Tundra. Same great quality only now there is a center pull release to unhook both sides, and mounting brackets are smaller and only require one tool. Will get another one if I get a new truck and decide I need a cover. As far as I'm concerned, losing a few inches of space around the perimeter for mounting makes up for the added benefit of a secure environmentally safe space.

This is the third cover for me. 2005 Frontier, 2015 F-150, and 2019 F-150. I like the quality of materials, and thank God the rail clamps were redesigned, and now are much easier to install. Note however for the F-150, if you follow the instructions exactly, the tail gate will not open/close properly. It is necessary to slightly skew (or angle) the rails up at the tailgate. On my 2015 F-150, this skewed setup allowed some rain to get in (very minor) at the tail gate. Haven't seen rain results on the 2019 but I expect it to be the similar.

As with the first cover it will take a month or two for the cover to stretch and roll up and out without wanting to go it's own way. 1st cover was 10 years old plus when I traded it in and still looked great.

I have had the cover for 5 years. The only issue is the Velcro wears out in about 4. I am certain this is not a product issue as Velcro has a use life. Agricover has a cost effective replacement that installs in 10 minutes. The customer service was excellent.

Fantastic roll-up! I purchased it for my new Silverado. I have had my cover for about a month and all is well. Just came back from a long road trip through a couple hours of pouring rain and the bed stayed amazingly dry with my 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Had an issue with installation in that the brackets were not quite large enough to work. I called and talked to Ed who took ownership of the issue right away. They were able to design some larger brackets and get them out to me quickly. Nice being able to experience this kind of customer service these days! The cover looks great and works perfectly. I have had Access covers on 11 of my pickups. They get used extensively and used hard. They stand up in winter and summer and you can take them off and put them on in less than 1/2 hour if you know what you are doing. Easily unroll in the winter and takes a high snow load. Only once did i have a warranty claim and it was on one of the tarps the velcro was coming loose and they fixed it and no questions asked! You can't beat that with a stick! You might find other brands cheaper but they don't last and have their faults. These pay for themselves fast and no one can see in your box. All of my friends and relatives bought them after i had my first one and they saw how good they were. Very easy to roll and unroll. Best there is and customer service is second to none. I have had some of their tarps on my pickups for over 20 years and they still work and look good!

I recently bought a 2008 Tacoma Access Cab with liner, bed caps and rail system. Everyone I talked to and all my research showed your Access Roll-Up Cover was the best choice. I was a little concerned about how it would mount, or if I'd have to loose my rail system. I made my purchase and was VERY impressed. The cover was easy to install. My truck box has plastic covers on the box sides so i had to get longer screws for the clamps which also puts the mounting rails bit closer together so closing the tarp takes a bit but it works.

My original Access Roll-Up Cover was 17 years old and still did the job. However, after all that time it got kinda brittle and didn't like to roll up. I ordered a new one as well as the side rail hook and loop. The folks at Agri-Cover were very helpful and knowledgeable. Matching the new cover to my old one was as simple as giving them the serial # of the old one. Replacement was quick and easy and required minimal tools. The new tonneau cover looks and works great. Hopefully my old truck will last another 17 years so I can get a new cover. Thanks.

I am not real fond of the split rail. It looks to me like this seam is probably going to leak. It was pretty easy to install but an extra set of hands would have made it easier. I really like the tension adjustment and the cover appears to be of good quality. It looks good on the truck. Shipping was very fast.
